How do I add a speaker to an event?

When creating or editing an event, click the Speakers tab. Use the dropdown to select existing speakers or click Add New to create a speaker profile right from the event editor. You can add multiple speakers to a single event.

What information can I include in a speaker profile?

Speaker profiles include name, title or role, professional bio, headshot or photo, website link, and social media profiles including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. All fields are optional, so you can include as much or as little information as you have available.

Can I reuse speaker profiles for multiple events?

Absolutely. Once you create a speaker profile, it’s saved to your speaker database. When that speaker appears at another event, simply select their profile from the dropdown. This saves time and ensures consistency across all events featuring the same speaker.

Can visitors filter events by speaker?
